David Foster wrote a hard-hitting post on his blog that I thought I'd share with you.

Before you read it, understand that I'm not seeking sympathy. I don't feel as if I've been wronged or anything like that. I love our church. I know that God has called me here. But I also know that I am replaceable. David's piece really reinforced this stuff for me.
